look for this registry Key

Code:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell

And create the following DWORD value

ShowTitleBarClock

And make it equal to 1 (decimal)

To disable, change it to 0

Update: According to this article from Microsoft

This is going to be an issue in all devices using the latest OS.
